Dcode Warranty Policy

Your Dcode handset is warranted as Premier Code branded product against defects in material and workmanship.

  • How long is the warranty for?

    The commencement of warranty will be from the date of purchase for a period of 12 months.

  • Is there a Pre-requisite to claim this warranty?

    During this warranty period, the handset box and warranty card must be preserved. All customers are required to present the warranty card to Premier Code customer service centre to claim warranty. Premier Code is authorized to record and remark the status or repair history on the warranty card.

  • What is covered in this warranty?

    Warranty cover is available only on handset and cannot be extended to hands-free, battery, charger, memory card, data cable or any other accessories.

  • Are there any warranty exclusions?

    The warranty of the handset will be void if it is exposed to any liquid or moisture, if the handset is broken, if the circuit burns because of variable voltage, if the user installs unauthorized software/applications /data files/songs/videos and/or if the IMEI is scratched. Moreover, it will also be void if the handset has been opened or serviced anywhere other than any Premier Code customer service centre. Warranty will also be void in case of accidental damage or acts of God, if the handset is abused or misused or if the damage is caused by friction or use of the non-genuine accessories including data cables, batteries or battery chargers, external antenna, carrying cases, hands free, mounting kit, SIM tray or any other accessories or equipment that is not an integral part of the mobile phones. If the customer does not use the product in accordance with the user guide, in all these cases, Premier Code reserves the right to cancel the warranty, print/stamp ‘’Warranty void’’ on the warranty card and return the handset without undertaking any repair.

  • How long until the phone is repaired?

    All efforts will be made to return the handset with minor technical defects within minimum possible time of receipt at Premier Code customer care centre. However, the delivery of repair of the handset may be delayed due to unforeseen or technical reasons.

  • What is the company authorised to do?

    Premier Code is authorized to check any uncovered damages or unauthorized repair by opening the handset before or in the lab while accepting the handset for warranty claim.

  • What about replacements?

    In case of a manufacturing defect or product malfunction that cannot be repaired, only radio module or main PCB will be replaced. There won’t be any replacement of battery charger, casing box and/or accessories.

  • Can I claim warranty if my handset is blocked by PTA?

    Premier Code will not repair and has the right to confiscate a handset if it found that the service provider, any law enforcement agency or PTA (Pakistan Telecommunication Authority) has blocked its service.

  • When should I collect my phone?

    Handset must be collected within a period of 3 months. Thereafter, the company shall not be held responsible.

  • Disclaimer:

    Under no circumstances shall Premier Code mobile or its owner, management or suppliers be liable for any damages whatsoever (including) without limitation loss of business profits, business interruptions, loss of business information or other pecuniary loss arising out of the inability to use the transceiver or loss of saved/stored data in the product but in any event be limited to the extent of the purchase price if ordered by a court of Law.

  • Note:

    If this warranty does not cover the product and any issue which requires service, the company/manufacture reserves its right to charge for repair or replacement of the product and/or the handling fee(s).
